Footprints Conservation Society
is proud to present the

2011 "Planting The Seed" Fundraising Gala

Now's your chance to get involved and show your community you care while gaining targeted local exposure for your business! Footprints Conservation Society requests your support in its upcoming community fundraising gala, Planting The Seed, which will be held at the Evergreen Cultural Centre in Coquitlam, BC on Sunday November 6, 2011.

We are in the process of collecting in-kind gift sponsorships to be used as raffle and silent auction items, as well as monetary donations for this fundraising event. Your name will be listed as a sponsor in the event program and any merchandise you contribute will be on display through the event.

Our charitable organization provides environmental education programs in elementary and middle schools throughout Greater Vancouver as well as facilitating student-led community enhancement projects. All funds raised during our fundraising gala go back to the community and provide children in our community the opportunity to get hands-on to create the world they want to live in.

Fundraising Goal: $10,000

The achievement of this goal depends largely of the financial support of companies in our community like you. By participating as a cash donor or in-kind gift sponsor, your company will benefit from extended exposure through media coverage, promotional efforts and be recognized as a sponsor during the Planting The Seed Gala event, giving you excellent exposure to this important segment of your target audience.

Sponsorship Benefits Include:
  • Logo on the dinner program, sponsor signage, and PowerPoint presentation at the event
  • Logo on e-vite (circ. 800)
  • Recognition in Footprints Conservation Society monthly newsletter email
  • Logo with hyperlink on the Footprints Conservation Society website
  • Company name listed on the Footprints Conservation Society's Facebook Page

ALL QUALIFIED DONORS RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL TAX RECEIPT

Our vision is to provide young community leaders with resources and opportunities to become active, informed citizens, develop grass-roots initiatives in a project-oriented environment, and enhance the quality of life in communities throughout the Greater Vancouver. We hope we have your support in making this happen and would be happy to answer any questions you may have. There are many ways to make your contributions:

Thank you in advance for supporting Footprints Conservation Society and the community we live in.
